What I'll Need from You:
Please provide the event location details, access time for setup, and a clear space where the decoration will be installed. If the event is indoors, I may need access to a power outlet depending on the design. For outdoor events, a covered or weather-protected area is recommended. I will coordinate all design details with you in advance to ensure everything perfectly matches your vision
Cancellation Policy
Full refund if cancelled 3+ days before the event. 50% refund after that.
- 3+ days before: 100% refund
- Less than 3 days before: 50% refund
Platform fee (20%) is non-refundable. Deposits are always fully refunded on cancellation. Owner cancellations always result in a full refund.

Some listings may require a security deposit for high-value or fragile items. If a deposit applies, the amount and terms will be clearly provided before booking.
