Free Bluey Character Cutouts — 3ft Foam Board (Canva Template)
The 3-foot Bluey character cutouts from a real Bluey 5th birthday — designed by the host of Ellie's party. Free Canva template, no email required.
These were the standalone character cutouts that brought Ellie's Bluey 5th birthday to life. Bluey, Bingo, Chloe, and Coco — each printed at 3 feet tall on foam board and propped around the room as standalone decor. Kids ran up to them, hugged them, and took photos with their favorites all afternoon.
The host is sharing the PNG files free so you can print your own at any local print shop. Don't have time? Scroll to the bottom — there's a service-based option too.

Free PNG: Includes 4 character cutouts (Bluey, Bingo, Chloe, Coco) sized for 3ft (36-inch) foam board print.
What’s included
- Bluey — in a striped party hat
- Bingo — in a pink party hat
- Chloe — the spotty Dalmatian best friend
- Coco — the pink poodle
- All four sized for 3ft (36-inch) foam board cutouts — designed for full standalone room decor
How the host used them at the party
The cutouts stood around the party space as standalone room decor — leaned against backdrops, propped near the gift table, tucked next to the snack stand. Each one became a photo moment of its own. Kids picked their favorite character and posed for endless photos.
What you’ll need
- The free Canva file (link above)
- Access to a local print shop that offers foam board printing and contour cutting (FedEx Office, Staples, or any independent shop)
- Optional: small wooden easels or floor stands to prop them up
Step-by-step
- 1Open the Canva template using the link above. It opens directly in your free Canva account.
- 2Download each character as a high-resolution PDF (Canva will let you choose). For 3ft prints, choose the highest-resolution option available.
- 3Upload to your local print shop’s online order portal. Request a 3ft (36-inch) foam board print with a contour cut around the character outline.
- 4Pick up the cutouts (or have them delivered). Cost is typically $40–60 per cutout depending on the shop, so plan for $160–240 for all four.
- 5Prop them around your party space using easels, floor stands, or just leaning against walls and backdrops.
Pro tips
- Order at least 1–2 weeks in advance — contour cutting takes longer than standard prints
- Make sure to specify “contour cut” when ordering — this is what creates the character-shaped cutout instead of a flat rectangle
- Foam board is the right material — lightweight, sturdy enough to stand on its own, and easy to transport
- Get a price quote from 2–3 shops before ordering — prices for contour-cut foam board vary widely
- Save them after the party — they store flat against a wall and can be reused for siblings, cousins, or future Bluey-themed events
Don’t have time to deal with printing?
Totally fair. Contour-cut foam board is a specialty print job — it requires the right shop, the right files, and the right turnaround. Not every host wants to spend a week chasing down a local FedEx for the perfect print.
If you’d rather hand this off, Collect Sisu has print designers and party stylists in your neighborhood who’ll handle the whole thing. Send them the Canva file (or describe what you want), and they’ll print, cut, and deliver the cutouts ready-to-display.
Why hire someone on Sisu instead of doing it yourself?
- Time — contour-cut foam board takes back-and-forth with the print shop. A pro handles all of it.
- Quality — print designers know which paper weights, finishes, and cuts look best at scale
- Local — your money goes to a real person nearby, not a national print chain
- Bundled options — many designers also offer character canvases, signs, and other party decor as packages
A note on the rest of the party
The printables are the easy part. The hard part is the easels, balloon arches, backdrops, kid-sized tables and stools, and the cocktail tables for the gift display.
The host rented all of it from neighbors on Collect Sisu — a peer-to-peer marketplace for event rentals and skills. Real pieces from real people in your neighborhood. No rental minimums, no agency markups.

Can I sell these or use them commercially?
No — these are free for personal birthday party use only. Please don’t resell them or use them in commercial party packages.
How much does it cost to print them?
Expect $40–60 per 3ft contour-cut foam board cutout at a local shop. So roughly $160–240 for all four. Cheaper than buying licensed Bluey decor (often $80–150 per piece), and you keep the files to reuse later.
What’s a contour cut?
A contour cut is when the print shop cuts around the shape of the character instead of leaving it as a flat rectangle. It’s what makes a character cutout look like a real standalone figure rather than a poster. Most shops offer this as an add-on to foam board printing.
Can I print these smaller?
Yes — the Canva file can be resized to 2ft (24-inch) or even tabletop sizes. Just keep the aspect ratio so the characters don’t stretch.
How do I make them stand up?
Foam board cutouts are light enough to lean against walls or backdrops, but for free-standing display, you can use small wooden easels (available at any craft store) or have the print shop add a kickstand to the back when ordering.
