Free Bluey Snack Wrappers for Your Hammerbarn Shop (Canva Template)
The custom Bluey snack wrappers from a real Bluey 5th birthday's Hammerbarn shop — designed by the host of Ellie's party. Free editable Canva template, no email required.
These were the showstoppers of the Hammerbarn snack shop at Ellie's Bluey 5th birthday — pink-and-white striped wrappers featuring Bluey and Bingo, designed to slip over standard chip bags. Plus deep-cut Bluey references like Bum Worms and Rita's Beans for the parents who watch every episode twice.
The host designed all five wrappers and is sharing the Canva file free so you can DIY your own at home. If you've got a printer, glossy photo paper, and 30 minutes, you can pull this off. If you don't, scroll to the bottom — there's a service-based option too.

Free Canva Template: Includes 5 wrap designs (Doritos, Cheetos, Rice Krispies, Bum Worms, Rita’s Beans), fully editable in Canva.
What’s included
Five custom Bluey chip bag wrap designs:
- Bluey Doritos wrap — pink-striped with Bluey and Bingo in party hats
- Bluey Cheetos wrap — same family, different snack
- Bluey Rice Krispies wrap — for the breakfast-bar-as-party-snack crowd
- Bum Worms wrap — for gummy worms (yes, it’s a Bluey reference, IYKYK)
- Rita’s Beans wrap — for jelly beans (another deep-cut reference for true fans)
All five designs come as one Canva template you can edit, customize, and download.
How the host used them at the party
The host built a Hammerbarn-themed snack shop, stocked the white shelves with the custom-wrapped snacks (organized like a real corner store), and let kids “shop” before snack time. Each kid got a small gingham gift bag at the start, picked out their favorites, and tucked them away to take home.
By the end of the party, every kid had filled their own bag with the snacks they chose. The custom wrappers turned generic dollar-store snacks into Pinterest-worthy details. The kids took it deeply seriously. The parents lost it.
The full snack shop spread
- 40 Bluey Doritos bags
- 30 Bluey Cheetos bags
- 40 Bluey Rice Krispies treats
- 30 Bum Worm packets (gummy worms)
- 30 Rita’s Beans packets (jelly beans)
What you’ll need to DIY at home
- A printer (any inkjet or laser will work)
- 8.5×11 glossy photo paper (the glossy finish is what makes them look professional — don’t skip this)
- A chip bag crimper or impulse sealer (for sealing the bags after wrapping)
- Scissors or a paper trimmer
- Standard 1 oz lunchbox-size chip bags (Doritos, Cheetos, etc.)
- Snack-safe bags or wrappers for the rice krispies, gummy worms, and jelly beans
Step-by-step DIY
- 1Open the Canva template using the link above. It opens directly in your free Canva account.
- 2Customize anything you want — swap snack names, change colors, add your child’s name to the wrap.
- 3Download as a PNG or PDF, sized for 8.5×11.
- 4Print on glossy photo paper. The glossy finish mimics real chip bag plastic and makes the colors pop.
- 5Wrap around the chip bag, overlapping the seam at the back. Hot glue it closed and then use a chip bag crimper to make the top and bottom look professional.
- 6Display on shelves, in a basket, or stocked in a play register — your call.
Pro tips
- Standard 1 oz chip bags (lunchbox-size) fit the template exactly. Anything bigger or smaller will need resizing in Canva.
- Print extras — kids will want to take their wrappers home, and you’ll want spares in case of misprints.
- Test print one wrapper before printing the full batch. Glossy paper can handle differently in some printers.
Don’t have a printer, glossy paper, or 30 minutes?
Totally fair. DIY isn’t for everyone, and not every host has a printer at home or wants to deal with cutting and sealing 170 wrappers the night before a party.
If you’d rather hand this off, Collect Sisu has print designers in your neighborhood who’ll do the whole thing for you. Send them the Canva file (or describe what you want), and they’ll print, cut, seal, and deliver the wrappers ready-to-stock. Most charge $2–4 per wrapper, all-in.
Why hire someone on Sisu instead of buying from Etsy?
- Cheaper — Sisu designers typically run $2–4 per wrapper vs. $4–6 on Etsy plus shipping
- Local — your money goes to a real person nearby, not an algorithm
- Customizable — you can ask for tweaks, name changes, or theme variations directly
- Faster — no waiting on cross-country shipping
A note on the rest of the party
The printables are the easy part. The hard part is the easels, balloon arches, backdrops, kid-sized tables and stools, and the cocktail tables for the gift display.
The host rented all of it from neighbors on Collect Sisu — a peer-to-peer marketplace for event rentals and skills. Real pieces from real people in your neighborhood. No rental minimums, no agency markups.

Can I sell these or use them commercially?
No — these are free for personal birthday party use only. Please don’t resell them or use them in commercial party packages.
What is a chip bag crimper?
A chip bag crimper is a small tabletop device that leaves paper looking like a real chip bag — about $10 on Amazon and makes custom-wrapped bags look professionally finished. You can skip it and use tape instead, but the crimper gives the cleanest result.
What size chip bags do these fit?
Standard 1 oz lunchbox-size bags. The template is sized exactly for those — anything bigger or smaller will need resizing in Canva.
What are Bum Worms and Rita’s Beans?
Bum Worms is a recurring Bluey joke (Bingo and Bluey making up nonsense names). Rita is a character in the show, and “Rita’s Beans” is a fan-made reference for jelly beans. Real Bluey fans recognize them instantly.
How long does it take to make 170 wrappers?
Plan for about 2–3 hours total — 30 minutes of printing, an hour of cutting, and another hour of wrapping and sealing. Put on a Bluey episode and let it run in the background.
Is this affiliated with Bluey or BBC Studios?
